Gallagher Agency, a Farmers Insurance agency, helps individuals and families protect what matters most. We’re growing and looking for a motivated Sales Producer who wants to build a book of business, earn uncapped income, and be part of a high-performance team.

Position Overview
As a Personal Lines Sales Producer, you will generate new business by selling auto, home, renters, life, and umbrella policies. This is a performance-driven role with significant upside for top producers.

What You’ll Do

• Work and close warm inbound and purchased leads (not pure cold calling)
• Prospect and generate additional opportunities through referrals and cross-selling
• Build relationships with clients and uncover coverage needs
• Quote, present, and close policies using Farmers Insurance products
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Maintain accurate client and pipeline data in CRM systems

What We’re Looking For

• Sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
• Coachable and willing to follow a proven sales process
• Comfortable working leads and handling objections
• Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain quickly)
