Central Supply Manager

Job Title Central Supply Manager Job Summary The Central Supply Manager is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services required by the organization. This role ensures cost-effective procurement practices while maintaining quality standards, supplier relationships, and compliance with company policies and procedures. The Central Supply Manager works closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to support operational and strategic business objectives. Key Responsibilities Procurement & Sourcing

• Identify, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers and vendors.
• Obtain and analyze quotations, proposals, and bids.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, delivery schedules, and service agreements.
• Issue purchase orders and monitor order fulfillment.
• Ensure timely procurement of goods and services to support business operations.

Supplier Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Evaluate supplier performance regarding quality, cost, delivery, and service.
• Resolve supplier-related issues and escalations.
• Conduct periodic supplier reviews and performance assessments.

Cost Optimization

• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Support strategic sourcing initiatives to reduce procurement expenses.
• Perform market research and bench-marking to ensure competitive pricing.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
• Prepare procurement reports, spend analysis, and supplier performance metrics.
• Support internal and external audits as required.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with departments to understand procurement needs and specifications.
• Support inventory management and demand planning activities.
• Participate in procurement projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications Education * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, or a related field. Experience

• 3+ years of procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain experience.
• Experience negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) preferred.
