As a PCA, you will provide essential one-on-one care to students, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the school day. Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one personal care and assistance to students in a school environment.
• Support students with daily living activities and educational tasks.
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to ensure a safe and nurturing environment.
• Monitor and report on students' well-being and progress.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold the dignity of each student.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with children.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday during school hours.
