A national AmLaw / BigLaw firm is seeking a strong litigation associate to join its Austin office. This is a selective opportunity for attorneys who have trained in sophisticated environments and want to continue working on complex, high‑stakes matters alongside top‑tier litigators. The Role Work on complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts Draft substantive motions, briefs, and discovery Take an active role in depositions, hearings, and trial prep Partner closely with experienced attorneys on strategy and case development Collaborate with teams across offices on nationally significant matters Associates here are trusted early, given real responsibility, and supported by strong mentorship.
