Job Stability in a Growing Industry
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of personal insurance clients.
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with exceptional service.
- Process policy changes, renewals, and new business applications accurately and efficiently.
- Review existing policies to identify opportunities for coverage enhancements and cross-selling.
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
- Collaborate with agents and underwriters to resolve client issues and advocate for client needs.
- Stay current with industry trends and product offerings to provide informed advice.
- Maryland Property & Casualty Producer License (Required).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance account management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in insurance agency management systems (e.g., HawkSoft, Applied Epic) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A genuine desire to help customers find the best insurance solutions.
