Foster Care Case Manager: Transforming Youth Lives

New Jersey Mentor, part of the Sevita family, is seeking a Case Manager to support youth in care across Burlington and nearby counties. The role is based in Mt. Laurel with responsibilities that include coordinating care, home visits, and maintaining compliant records. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in human services, at least three years in case management, and strong verbal/written communication.
