Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs and formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific challenges.

• Deliver both short-term and long-term psychotherapy services to clients, employing various evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Maintain current and accurate documentation regarding client progress and treatment plans, adhering strictly to both clinic protocols and state regulations.

• Collaborate with our team of psychiatrists and nurse practitioners to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for your clients.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision sessions, team case consultations, and staff meetings to facilitate a culture of learning and professional support.

• Advocate for client needs, connecting them to additional community resources and services as necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in New York State is required.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is necessary for this role.

• At least two years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred, but newly licensed LCSWs with a passion for mental health are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Knowledge of various evidence-based treatment modalities, including CBT, DBT, and EMDR.

Compensation and Benefits\n
