What You’ll DoAs a Lead Teacher , you’ll play a key role in fostering a safe, loving, and inspiring classroom environment where children thrive. Your responsibilities include:
Designing and implementing engaging, age-appropriate Montessori-inspired lessons that nurture academic, social, and emotional growth.
Observing and assessing children regularly to tailor individualized learning experiences.
Leading classroom organization, transitions, and routines to ensure smooth, joyful days.
Collaborating closely with your teaching team to provide exceptional learning experiences.
Building strong, positive relationships with families — becoming a trusted partner in their child’s educational journey.
We’re searching for educators who are flexible, team-oriented, and passionate about helping children grow. You’ll thrive here if you bring:
A High School Diploma and one of the following:
AA in Early Childhood Education or related field
Child Development Associate (CDA) credential
At least 12 college credits in Education
45 hours in Child Growth & Development and 45 hours in Curriculum training
Experience in early childhood education (required)
A warm, nurturing personality and a strong sense of professionalism
Physical ability to engage in daily activities with children, both indoors and outdoors (lifting up to 45 lbs)
CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Clear communication skills and fluency in English
Ability to pass all required pre-employment screenings and trainings
