With a healthy pipeline of upcoming projects and an experienced senior leadership team in place, they offer a collaborative environment where Project Managers are empowered to lead projects from inception through completion.

Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor relationships

Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, and field teams

Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget

Utilize Procore and other construction management tools to track project performance

The successful applicant:

Has 5+ years of construction experience with Project Manager or Junior Project Manager experience

Has a background in K-12, municipal, federal, or general commercial construction

Has experience delivering both public and private sector projects

Has strong scheduling, communication, and Procore proficiency

Salary: $100,000 - $135,000 + bonus
