Express Employment Professionals is partnered with a company seeking a motivated and professional Licensed Insurance Agent to join their growing team in Illinois. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping clients protect what matters most, and working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Salary:

$30,000-$45,000/year
(Based on experience, licensing, and background)

Job Overview:

The Licensed Insurance Agent will assist clients with personal and commercial insurance needs while providing excellent customer service and policy support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with insurance quotes, policy changes, renewals, and claims support

• Sell and service Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance products

• Discuss Life Insurance options and coverage needs with clients

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and walk-in client interactions professionally

• Review policies for accuracy and coverage recommendations

• Maintain compliance with Illinois insurance regulations

• Process policy documentation and update client records accurately

• Work closely with team members to support office goals and customer retention

Qualifications:

• Active Illinois Property & Casualty (P&C) License required

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment

• Proficient computer and data entry skills

• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
