Altra Homecare of Greenwood is seeking a compassionate and experienced Caregiver to join our team in Mooresville, IN. About the Role:

As a Caregiver with Altra Homecare of Greenwood, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective care to our clients in their homes. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Providing personal care and hygiene assistance

• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Managing medications and treatments as prescribed by a healthcare provider

• Monitoring clients' conditions and reporting any changes or concerns to the care team

• Building strong relationships with clients and their families through empathy, communication, and compassion

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care to clients in their homes, in accordance with our company's standards and protocols

• Collaborate with clients' families and healthcare providers to develop and implement comprehensive care plans

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided

• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices

• Demonstrate a commitment to our company's guiding philosophy, the "Grandmom Rule", and live our values of compassion, empathy, and respect

Requirements:

• Caregiver or equivalent experience with a state-approved certification program

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift, transfer, and move clients as needed

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
