Chief of Staff

Ascension Search Partners has been retained by a PE backed multi billion dollar healthcare organization to hire a Chief of Staff for the COO of the organization. This is a highly visible role requiring exceptional business acumen, project leadership capabilities, executive presence, and the ability to influence across functions. Key Responsibilities Partner closely with the Executives to drive execution of strategic initiatives across the organization. Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects that support growth, operational improvement, and organizational transformation. Develop project plans, track progress, identify risks, and ensure accountability for key deliverables. Remove organizational barriers and facilitate alignment across teams. Serve as a trusted thought partner for strategic and operational matters. Manage executive priorities, ensuring focus on the highest-value initiatives. Prepare briefing materials, executive presentations, analyses, and decision-support documentation. Act as an extension of executive leadership in meetings, follow-up activities, and enterprise communications. Establish and manage governance structures, and executive reporting frameworks. Coordinate enterprise-wide initiatives and monitor progress against strategic goals. Provide rigorous follow-through on action items and organizational commitments. Support transformation efforts and continuous improvement initiatives. Assist with board meeting preparation, investor-related materials, and executive communications. Consolidate business updates, performance metrics, and operational reporting. Prepare executive-level presentations and strategic analyses. Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization. Influence without direct authority to drive accountability and execution. Facilitate collaboration between operations, IT, finance, commercial teams, and other business functions. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, finance, business transformation, program management, or a Chief of Staff capacity within healthcare services or related field. Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and executive communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience developing executive-level presentations and analyses. #J-18808-Ljbffr
