Base pay range $17.00/hr - $24.00/hr The member assistant – cart attendant helps shape the member’s shopping experience by ensuring a positive first and last impression. You are responsible for a well-kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, and ensuring carts are ready and available. You may assist members with loading their vehicles and supporting a great member experience. The role is active on your feet and on the go, in all weather conditions. What you'll do Ensures club pick up orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed; informs members when products are unavailable (e.g., out of stock); offers members alternative product options when needed; ensures products are selected and packaged according to company policies; ensures items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup; resolves member issues and concerns; and promotes the company's products and services. Maintains safety of facility according to company policies by conducting safety sweeps; following procedures for handling merchandise; and reporting unsafe situations to facility management. Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; assisting with purchasing decisions; processing member purchases and payments according to company policies and procedures; utilizing cash registers; locating and organizing merchandise; zoning designated areas; resolving member issues; promoting the company’s products and services; organizing and maintaining availability of carts/flatbeds; assisting with transporting items; and maintaining parking lot cleanliness. Supports compliance with company policies, procedures and ethics; utilizes the Open Door Policy and applies these in business processes and practices. Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other partners; identifying priorities and deadlines; communicating progress; and adapting to feedback and change.
