What You'll Do
- Safely operate stand-up forklifts, order pickers, and other material handling equipment
- Move materials throughout the warehouse to support production, shipping, and inventory operations
- Pick, stage, and verify inventory using printed pick lists and warehouse systems
- Count, label, and organize inventory to maintain accurate stock levels
- Verify part numbers, descriptions, and quantities for inventory accuracy
- Use warehouse computers for inventory tracking and data entry
- Support kitting, verification, and material distribution activities
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures, including the use of fall protection equipment when operating at height
- Work closely with teammates to maintain efficient warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of forklift experience within the last 5 years
- Experience operating stand-up forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks, or man-up equipment
- Ability to safely operate equipment while wearing a safety harness
- Previous warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing experience
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to bend, twist, lift, and move materials throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
- Excellent attendance and reliability
Preferred Experience
- Inventory control and cycle counting experience
- Kitting, picking, packing, and warehouse verification experience
- Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems
- Shipping and receiving experience
- Material handling in a high-volume warehouse environment

This is a Contract position based out of Decatur, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
