Creative Producer

The Role We're seeking a Creative Producer who can transform briefs into thumb-stopping content. You're part filmmaker, part project manager, and part creative visionary – equally comfortable behind the camera as you are directing talent or scouting the perfect location. Who We're Looking For You're a production powerhouse who creates magic with an iPhone and knows how to make any brand shine. You've got a proven track record of creating viral content, a keen eye for what performs on social, and the organizational skills to keep multiple productions running smoothly. Most importantly, you're a collaborative spirit who can lead when needed and support when called upon. Key Responsibilities Lead concept productions, managing all aspects from scheduling to shot lists Scout locations, cast talent, direct and film talent to produce high-converting ad creative Collaborate closely with creative strategists and casting team Manage multiple projects while maintaining consistent quality Stay ahead of social media trends and platform updates Contribute to the full creative process from ideation to final delivery Ideal Candidate Profile 3+ years of experience in video production, agency, or in-house brand work Proven track record of creating viral social media content Deep understanding of filmmaking, lighting, and sound fundamentals Strong network of UGC creators and industry contacts preferred Experience leading productions in a studio or agency environment Advanced understanding of social media video production Expertise in iPhone filmmaking and mobile video tools Strong knowledge of lighting and audio equipment Proficiency in production planning and scheduling Understanding of basic performance marketing principles Must-Have Qualities Exceptional creative vision and storytelling ability Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and leadership capabilities Proactive and independent work ethic Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Location Requirement Must be based in Los Angeles, CA Our Values Continuous learning and innovation Collaborative problem-solving Pushing the boundaries of performance marketing Ready to Create Magic?
