Overview
We are seeking an Electrical Engineer with a strong work ethic and self-starter mindset to support manufacturing operations. This role focuses on industrial automation, electrical systems, and plant-level support rather than purely design-based work.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience with Allen Bradley PLCs and industrial automation
- Proficiency with remote I/O, HMIs, and Rockwell software
- Experience troubleshooting and programming PLCs
- Knowledge of industrial Ethernet communication and machine network layout
- Ability to manage capital and expense budgets
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing contractors and maintenance technicians
- Ability to design, develop, and oversee electrical control systems
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
