Salesforce Functional Architect

To orchestrate the global order-to-fulfillment lifecycle, the full-time Salesforce Functional Architect will design scalable workflows that integrate Salesforce with complex downstream fulfillment systems, ensuring seamless delivery and optimizing system performance in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Spearhead end-to-end functional design for order fulfillment processes across Salesforce Order Management and related platforms Act as the primary bridge defining critical data mappings and interface contracts between Salesforce and downstream fulfillment systems Convert complex business requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria for agile delivery Required qualifications 6+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, focusing on Salesforce Order Management and CRM platforms Proven track record collaborating with downstream fulfillment systems like ERP and WMS Strong capability to translate complex business needs into scalable functional designs and interface specifications Solid understanding of integration patterns including REST APIs and event-driven processing Hands-on experience operating within agile frameworks utilizing tools like Jira and Confluence
