Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman to lead field crews on commercial HVAC installation and service projects in the Fort Myers area. The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge, leadership presence, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

•       Supervise and direct HVAC field crews on commercial job sites

•       Coordinate daily work assignments, scheduling, and material needs

•       Ensure installations are completed per blueprints, specs, and code

•       Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance at all times

•       Conduct quality control inspections throughout all project phases

•       Communicate project progress, issues, and updates to the Project Manager

•       Train, mentor, and support apprentices and journeymen

•       Manage tools, equipment, and job site resources efficiently

•       Collaborate with other trades and subcontractors on-site

Requirements

•       5+ years of hands-on HVAC experience (commercial preferred)

•       2+ years in a foreman, lead, or supervisory role

•       Strong knowledge of HVAC systems: chillers, RTUs, AHUs, controls

•       Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings

•       EPA 608 Universal Certification required

•       Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record

•       OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred

•       Excellent communication and team leadership skills

•       Ability to work in varying weather and physical conditions
