Remote Trainer

To support the development of instructional content, the fully remote Trainer will design and deliver engaging training programs, collaborate with healthcare experts, and create instructional materials that align with learning objectives. Key responsibilities Develop innovative storyboards and instructional materials, including assessments and quizzes Collaborate with healthcare domain experts and graphic designers to ensure content quality and consistency Conduct skill needs analysis and design learning courses from the healthcare domain, gaining stakeholder approvals Required qualifications Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a Content Writer and Instructional Designer Any Graduate or Diploma Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and experience with learning management systems Proficiency in creating effective instructional text and materials Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
