GPS Dozer Operator

As a Dozer GPS/Finish Dozer Operator, you will play a vital role in our construction and grading projects. Your primary responsibility will be to operate and maintain dozers equipped with GPS technology or finish dozers to ensure accurate grading and leveling of construction sites. Key Responsibilities Operate dozers equipped with GPS technology or finish dozers with precision, following project plans and specifications for grading and leveling. Strictly adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team. Perform routine equipment maintenance, including inspections, lubrication, and promptly reporting any equipment issues to the maintenance department. Ensure precise grading and leveling according to project requirements, blueprints, and design specifications. Collaborate effectively with project managers, supervisors, and fellow team members to coordinate grading activities and achieve project goals. Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and supervisors, reporting progress, challenges, and equipment issues as needed. Stay informed about and comply with all relevant regulations, safety guidelines, and industry best practices. Identify and address operational challenges or issues that may arise during grading work. Maintain accurate records, including daily equipment inspection reports and work logs. Qualifications Proven experience as a Dozer GPS/Finish Dozer Operator in the heavy civil construction industry. Proficiency in operating and maintaining dozers equipped with GPS technology or finish dozers. Knowledge of construction plans, blueprints, and grading techniques. Strong commitment to safety and strict adherence to safety protocols. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and at different job sites as required. Valid [State] driver's license and a clean driving record.
