Maintenance Mechanic

Duties

Help

Troubleshoot problems, determine repairs, plan sequences of work, and make the necessary repairs.
Work from blueprints and drawings in order to determine where new electrical systems are to be installed.
Determine such factors as load, demand, wire size, breaker size, and other such factors in order to provide proper balance in the new or existing system
Install, modify, and repair new and existing utility, supply, and disposal systems and equipment.
Repair small to large commercial and industrial heating units such oil/gas fired furnaces and hot water or steam boilers.
