Job Description

• Lead and manage the electrical design team.
• Oversee electrical schematics, general arrangements, and BOMs for LVSG, DataBar, RPPs, and PDUs.
• Ensure designs comply with UL standards and applicable regulations.
• Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance.
• Review schematics, GA drawings, and BOMs for engineering accuracy.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, mechanical, and supply chain teams.
• Provide technical support and resolve internal/external technical queries.
• Drive engineering continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
• Maintain accurate engineering and design documentation.

Required Qualifications

• 4-year Engineering degree.
• 5+ years of Electrical Design/Electrical Engineering experience.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• AutoCAD Electrical or similar experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and single-line diagrams.
• Knowledge of LV distribution systems, PLCs, interlocking, AC/DC power supplies, and earthing systems.

Preferred

• EPLAN experience.
• Autodesk Vault or other PLM tools.
• ERP systems experience.
• UL standards and electrical product compliance experience.
