• 4-6 years of experience in corporate transactional work at a top-tier law firm.
• Strong interest in developing or continuing a practice in corporate tax.
• A JD from a top U.S. or Canadian law school and a sharp analytical mind.
• Experience in tax law is a significant plus, but not a must-curiosity and drive are key.
