Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Float across multiple emergency departments within a defined zone, providing versatile care.
• Manage nurse-patient ratios effectively based on acuity levels.
• Perform Point of Care lab testing and standard ER medication administration.
• Participate in triage and assist with patient flow and prioritization.
• Adhere to scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
• Provide comprehensive nursing care, supporting interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced ER environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Colorado.
• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room experience.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC.
• Ability to interpret telemetry without monitor tech assistance.
• Proficient with EPIC charting system.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
