Main responsibilities include driving global standard finance processes around capital expenditure budgeting, management reporting, KPIs, forecasting and planning. Additionally, this role will provide strategic consultation and business case support to Operations, Product Management, Procurement, R&D and leadership.Travel is estimated at 10%+ with more during onboarding, primarily domestic.This position will serve our Rheem North America Division, located in Atlanta, GA (Hybrid). This role follows our hybrid work arrangement, with team members working in the office Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays.
