Construction Project Estimator
JRM Construction Management
JRM Construction is seeking a Project Estimator to lead accurate cost estimates from concept through construction documents. You will manage the bid process, prepare detailed take-offs, and coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and compliant submissions. The role requires a four-year degree and 3+ years in estimating or related fields, with proficiency in Procore, Timberline, and MS Office.
