How you'll contribute Performs thorough pre‑, intra‑, and post‑operative assessments to ensure safe patient care Anticipates the needs of the surgical team and supports efficient workflow Provides age‑ and procedure‑appropriate nursing care throughout the perioperative process Maintains accurate and timely documentation in the medical record Collaborates with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists to deliver high‑quality outcomes What we're looking for Current North Carolina or compact state RN license required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 90 days of hire Associate's degree in nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred One year of Operating Room RN experience required More about Rutherford Regional Health System Rutherford Regional Health System is a community‑focused healthcare provider dedicated to delivering high‑quality, compassionate care to the residents of Rutherford County and surrounding areas.
