RN (Registered Nurse) - Psychiatric Inpatient Care

36 HOUR SCHEDULE - $2,653 PER WEEK!

Pay Package: $2,653 per week
Shift: 12 hour day or night shift (36/36)
Contract: 24 Weeks

Required Skills

• Active Colorado RN license or compact license
• BLS certification (AHA)
• Minimum of 1 year recent acute psychiatric experience
• Strong CPI / de-escalation skills
• Comfortable managing high-acuity behavioral patients
• Ability to work 12-hour day or night shifts
• Flexibility to start roles on rolling dates

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience in behavioral crisis stabilization and medication management
• Excellent therapeutic communication and de-escalation skills

Preferred Education and Experience

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)
• At least 2 years of relevant psychiatric nursing experience in inpatient settings

Other Requirements

• Willingness to undergo background check as per state law
• Ability to work unsupervised in a security-supported environment
• Strong interdisciplinary teamwork and clinical autonomy
