Exciting Opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner! Pittsfield, MA

We are a forward-thinking primary care practice in search of a Certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine. Our facility offers a comprehensive range of primary care services, fostering a highly collaborative environment between physicians and nurse practitioners. There is also flexibility to customize your practice according to your personal interests. New graduates are welcome to apply. The full-time position consists of four on-site workdays along with shared on-call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, gathering medical histories, and conducting physical examinations.
• Requesting and analyzing diagnostic tests, including laboratory work, EKGs, imaging studies, and other essential assessments.
• Creating, executing, and modifying personalized treatment plans in partnership with the supervising physician.
• Prescribing and administering medications, including intravenous treatments and blood products, while monitoring patient responses to therapies.
• Maintaining precise and comprehensive medical records, including progress notes, patient information, and treatment plans in accordance with established policies.
