Concrete Foreman – Heavy Civil Concrete Construction Build More Than Concrete. Build a Legacy. Heritage Concrete Construction is looking for an experienced Concrete Foreman who knows heavy civil concrete construction and takes pride in leading a crew the right way. We're not looking for someone who just manages people, we're looking for someone who leads from the front, works alongside their crew, and believes in doing quality work safely every day. We're Looking For Someone With: ✔ 3+ years of heavy civil concrete construction experience ✔ Previous experience leading crews of 10+ employees ✔ Experience with formwork, rebar, concrete placement and finishing ✔ Ability to read blueprints and coordinate work with Superintendents ✔ Strong commitment to safety, quality and production ✔ Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Florida and surrounding areas ✔ Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred What You'll Do: Lead and work alongside your crew every day Coordinate manpower, equipment and materials Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule and with quality Train and mentor the next generation of concrete professionals Conduct safety meetings and promote a strong safety culture Be present and lead all concrete placements under your supervision Why Heritage?
