Job Opportunity: Internal Medicine Physician
Our organization, a physician-led and accountable multispecialty group with over 650 providers, is actively seeking a full-time Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to become part of our Overland Clinic. This well-established practice is situated in a rapidly expanding area of the community.
Join a collaborative team consisting of:
- 3 Physicians
- 2 Advanced Practice Providers
This dedicated group is focused on delivering high-quality, relationship-centered primary care. Our Internal Medicine specialists provide care for patients throughout their entire life span, from newborns to end-of-life care, supporting the health and well-being of individuals and families across generations.
The Overland Clinic is equipped with:
- A dedicated procedure room
- An onsite laboratory with a phlebotomist
- Robust clinical and operational support
These resources enable our providers to practice at the highest level of their expertise. We are committed to fostering a culture centered on quality, safety, and service excellence, and we take pride in being a healing presence within the communities we serve.
Schedule and SupportThis position offers a traditional clinic workweek, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 34 hours dedicated to patient contact. Call responsibilities are shared with other Family Medicine physicians at an approximate ratio of 1:40.
Support includes:
- 24/7 CRNA Anesthesia
- Level IV Trauma Center
- Emergency Department
- On-site Family Medicine clinic
- Community family medicine clinics
- Specialty physicians from our larger system rotating in for outreach
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
- Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine residency program
- Board certification or the ability to obtain such certification within three years of employment
- Idaho medical licensure to practice in all aspects of medicine
- Valid controlled substance registration with the Idaho Boards of Pharmacy and DEA
