About the Role

We are seeking an IT/OT Infrastructure & Manufacturing Systems Specialist to support technology infrastructure across laboratory and manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will have experience working with GMP/GxP-regulated systems, IT/OT operations, and manufacturing technology, with an understanding of applicable compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain IT/OT infrastructure across laboratory and production environments.
• Assist with technology operations in GMP/GxP-regulated manufacturing facilities.
• Follow applicable 21 CFR Part 11 requirements for computerized systems and electronic records.
• Troubleshoot IT hardware, infrastructure, connectivity, and system-related issues.
• Collaborate with equipment suppliers, technical teams, and global stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Support IT networking and security activities within manufacturing and laboratory environments.
• Maintain technical documentation and project records in accordance with applicable compliance standards.
• Learn, implement, and follow established procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Work with industrial automation technologies, including PLCs and network-connected manufacturing equipment, as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting IT/OT infrastructure in manufacturing, laboratory, or production environments.
• Exposure to GMP and/or GxP-regulated environments .
• Understanding of 21 CFR Part 11 and its application to computerized systems.
• Basic knowledge of IT networking, infrastructure, and security.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain documentation and follow compliance procedures.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with suppliers and global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with PLCs, industrial automation, and networked manufacturing equipment.
• Experience supporting technology in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or other regulated manufacturing environments.

Compensation

• $50–$55/hour (W-2)
• Final compensation within the posted range will depend on qualifications, experience, and interview outcomes.
