We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, safety-focused, and willing to jump in wherever needed.This is not a forklift-only role — you'll be actively involved in all daily warehouse functions.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and verify incoming shipments against orders and invoicesEnsure paperwork is completed accurately and processed properlyOrganize inventory and maintain warehouse stock locationsPerform order picking, staging, packing, and loadingOperate forklift safely and efficientlyUse WMS scanning systems to track and manage inventorySupport inventory control and report discrepanciesLoad and secure trucks following DOT and company safety standardsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environmentAssist with receiving, shipping, and overall warehouse workflowWhat We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is:Hands-on and accountable Detail-oriented and safety-focused Comfortable working as part of a team Willing to learn every function of the warehouseQualifications:Forklift experience required (certification preferred)Experience with WMS scanning and inventory control strongly preferredOrder picking and general warehouse experienceAbility to lift 50+ lbs and remain active throughout the shiftAble to work in varying temperatures and fast-paced conditionsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing daily needs2+ years warehouse experience preferredAdditional RequirementsAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check within 3 days of employment offerReliable attendance and strong work ethicEqual Opportunity EmployerConklin Metal Industries is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including Protected Veterans and Individuals with Disabilities.
