MARYSVILLE WA 1st shift: 10:00am-Finish 7 days a week Schedule set at time of hire $704.00-$1210.00 paid weekly Job Overview We are seeking a self-motivated, and result-driven Warehouse Unloader and Forklift Operator to join our fast-paced logistics team. This is a physically demanding role built for individuals who thrive on hard work, high standards, and a "get the job done" mentality. You will manage the frontline of our supply chain, ensuring inventory is safely unloaded, meticulously organized, and processed with extreme attention to detail. Key Responsibilities • Unload trailers: Safely transport inbound freight using forklifts and manual labor. • Operate heavy machinery: Drive sit-down or stand-up forklifts with absolute precision. • Verify inventory: Match bills of lading against physical counts to ensure zero discrepancies. • Stage materials: Organize and stack pallets in designated storage bays or production lines. • Maintain quality: Inspect incoming goods for damage and report issues immediately. Physical Demands & Work Environment • Constant movement: Walk over 10+ miles per day across a vast warehouse floor. • Always on your feet: Stand, bend, reach, and lift for the duration of your shift. • Heavy lifting: Manually lift & push items weighing up to 50–75 lbs regularly. • Dynamic scheduling: Work long days with no set end time; shifts finish only when the final trailer is clear and the job is complete. Requirements & Qualifications • Experience: Proven track record in warehouse unloading and certified forklift operation. • Mindset: Exceptionally self-motivated with a strong internal drive to meet performance metrics. • Detail-oriented: Laser-focused on accuracy under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.
