• Day Shift (1st): 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Evening Shift (2nd): 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Night Shift (3rd): 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

What You'll Do

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while preserving dignity and independence

• Assist nurses with treatments and clinical care as directed

• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition

• Record accurate documentation of care provided

• Help create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families

• Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Long-term care experience is a plus—but not required
