Salary: $122,000 - 207,000 per year Requirements:

• We expand automation and tooling to reduce toil and manual intervention.
• We solve complex development, automation, and business process challenges.
• We support the full service lifecycle from inception and design through deployment, operations, and ongoing refinement.
• We review ITSM activities for the platform and provide feedback to development teams on operational gaps and resiliency concerns.
• We practice sustainable incident response and blameless post-mortems, using a holistic approach to problem-solving and time-to-recovery improvement.
• We manage production readiness, change activity, compliance, and risk mitigation across our environments.
• We help align product and customer priorities with operational needs by providing continuous feedback throughout the lifecycle.
• We establish and enforce policies and standards for information governance to protect data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance.
• We conduct data management practices to improve data quality and accessibility for better decision-making.
• We drive data strategy initiatives that align data efforts with business goals and improve operational efficiency and customer engagement.
