Weekend RN Supervisor

Job Summary:

As a Weekend RN Supervisor at Tucker House Nursing and Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in our mission to provide exceptional, personalized care to our residents. Reporting directly to the Director of Nursing, you will oversee a team of Registered Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants during our weekend shifts, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support. Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of Registered Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants on weekends, ensuring that our residents receive high-quality care and support

• Conduct daily bedside rounds to assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans

• Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident care, including assessments, medications, and treatment plans

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions and effective communication

• Provide direct patient care as needed, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing emotional support

• Identify and address potential concerns or issues, escalating as necessary to ensure optimal care

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
