OB/GYN Physician Locum Tenens Job in Ohio - OBED Laborist

Details/Requirements:
Board Certified ABOG or ABOOG OB/GYN required
Expedited credentialing available (approximately 3-week turnaround)
Inpatient OBED Hospitalist coverage only - no clinic
Flexible 12- or 24-hour in-house shifts
Manage patients presenting to the OB Emergency Department and Labor & Delivery
Round on postpartum, antepartum, gynecology, and consult patients
Perform vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, labor inductions, TOLAC, suction D&C, operative vaginal deliveries (VAVD), circumcisions, and repair of 3rd/4th degree lacerations
Approximately 600 deliveries annually
Average 1-3 deliveries and 6-8 OBED patients per shift
Level II nursery with MFM consultation available; patients under 32 weeks transferred out
Strong in-house support including anesthesia, NP/PA first assist
Epic EMR
Ongoing need due to gaps in schedule coverage
