FreshBear is hiring 2 experienced Air Duct Cleaning Technicians for Nassau and Suffolk Counties.
This is a hands-on sales + service role: you’ll inspect HVAC, air duct, and dryer vent systems; explain and sell the right service to homeowners; then complete the work using FreshBear equipment.
What we provide
- 5 days of paid field training on the FreshBear system
- All air duct and dryer vent cleaning equipment
- 3-5 pre-booked customer appointments per day
- Proven inspection, pricing, and sales process
- Weekly pay and ongoing coaching
Pay
- 25% commission - no earning cap
- Fully ramped technicians can earn $1,500–$2,500+ per week , based on performance
- Typical jobs range from $299 to $2,900
What you need
- Minimum 1 year of professional air duct cleaning experience
- Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Comfortable selling services directly to homeowners
- Experience performing air duct and dryer vent cleaning
- Fluent English and professional customer communication
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in attics/crawl spaces
- Willing to drive throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties
