A Day in the Life:

We're looking for a creative and customer-friendly Floral Clerk to brighten our store and our customers' days! In this role, you'll care for and merchandise fresh flowers and plants, create beautiful arrangements, and keep the floral department clean, organized, and inviting. You'll assist customers in selecting the perfect blooms for any occasion and provide helpful, friendly service. Floral design skills are a big plus, as you'll have the opportunity to craft custom bouquets and displays. If you have an eye for color, enjoy working with your hands, and love making people smile, this could be the perfect role for you. Come grow with us and help spread a little floral joy!


What you bring to the table:

• Product Knowledge: Familiar with floral perishability, seasonality, and care requirements.

• Customer Service Skills : Ability to engage with customers, uncover their needs, and translate their ideas into beautiful arrangements.

• Organizational Skills: Capable of maintaining clean, efficient workspaces and managing inventory and supplies.

• Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. with or without accommodation and perform tasks that require standing and moving throughout the day.

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with floral tools, helium tanks, and basic point-of-sale systems.

• Teamwork: Willingness to partner with fellow associates and contribute to a positive team environment.

About the Team

Pay Transparency:

Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement. Candidates with unique qualifications may be considered for compensation above this range. Dependent on length of service, hours worked, any applicable collective bargaining agreement and/or Company policy, benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay, PTO/Vacation pay, paid holidays and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401(k) eligibility).
