We're hiring compassionate and dependable Special Education Paraprofessionals, Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one support for students with moderate to severe disabilities throughout the Lynnwood area.

Most of our positions involve being paired with a single student for the school day, allowing you to build meaningful relationships while supporting their academic, behavioral, communication, and daily living goals.

These positions are ideal for candidates who enjoy working closely with one student and making a lasting impact on their growth and independence.

Responsibilities
Provide dedicated one-on-one support to a student with moderate to severe disabilities throughout the school day
Implement behavior intervention plans and reinforce positive behaviors
Assist with academics, communication, social skills, emotional regulation, and daily living skills
Support students with autism, developmental disabilities, behavioral needs, and other exceptionalities
Work alongside special education teachers, BCBAs, therapists, and related service providers
Collect student progress and behavior data under the direction of licensed staff
Assist with toileting, feeding, mobility, and other personal care needs when required
Help create a safe, structured, and positive learning environment while fostering student independence

Qualifications
For Special Education Paraprofessionals

Candidates must meet one of Washington's minimum employment requirements:

Hold an associate's degree or higher
Complete at least 48 semester credits (72 quarter credits) from an accredited college or university
Pass a Washington State board-approved paraeducator assessment
Complete a Washington State registered paraeducator apprenticeship

For Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs) & Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs) must hold an active credential issued by the Washington State Department of Health
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) must hold an active certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Experience implementing behavior intervention plans and supporting students with autism or behavioral needs is preferred

Preferred Experience
Experience working with children is preferred
Experience supporting individuals with disabilities in a school, ABA clinic, hospital, residential, daycare, in-home, or family caregiving setting is highly valued
Patient, dependable, compassionate, and comfortable providing toileting, feeding, changing, and other personal care support
Passionate about building meaningful one-on-one relationships with students and helping them achieve their goals

Hiring Requirements
Must successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
The drug screen is fully paid for by ProCare Therapy
Background check costs are reimbursed with proof of receipt after completion
