What You'll Do Our Mortgage Loan Originators make an impact on our clients' lives each day by helping them make strong financial decisions to achieve their personal and financial goals. Responsibilities Provide every client the best service in the industry Marketand solicitresidential loan business, ensuring all phases of the loan process are performed in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines Advise and educate clients on the home-buying or refinancing process and how to better manage their mortgages Own and build your business within USA Mortgage with the support of our team Requirements 2 to 4-year college curriculum preferred, or equivalent industry experience Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging sales environment Encompass experience or equivalent Basic computer skills Knowledge of various residential mortgage loan products Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a team player Passion, great communication skills, self-motivation, positive attitude, and competitive spirit MLO approved license in NMLS Compensation State Minimum Hourly - $10.70 (Recoverable) Commissions on personal production Voluntary: Medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, Short-Term Disability, Voluntary Life Insurance, CHUBB Supplemental Insurance, Pet Insurance, 401K Company Paid: Long-Term Disability, Group Life Insurance, Employee Assistant Program (EAP), 401K Match, Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) #J-18808-Ljbffr
