Senior Principal Product Manager

Overview We are hiring for a Senior Principal Product Manager with a proven track record of building AI-driven, scalable advertising products that deliver measurable ROI for advertisers, while ensuring the right level of targeting and controls to meet advertiser needs. In this role you will own the vision, strategy and roadmap for Microsoft Advertising’s Smart Bidding products. You will partner closely with Data Science, Engineering, UX, Product Marketing, Legal, and Finance to design solutions that aim to maximize advertiser value. Responsibilities Deep AI/ML expertise with a proven ability to integrate AI-first thinking into strategy. Strong technical background (APIs, infrastructure, AI modeling). Track record of defining product vision that drives significant business impact. Expert stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership. Strong analytical skills with OKR/KPI definition and tracking experience. Go-to-market planning and product launch experience. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development. OR equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development. OR equivalent experience. 4+ years' experience developing digital advertising products. Product Management IC6 – Base pay range U.S.: USD $165,600.00 – $296,400.00 per year. Specific locations (San Francisco Bay area, New York City metro area) have a range of USD $220,800.00 – $331,200.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
