About Us: Caldwell Swim Club is looking for an Assistant Swim Coach to join our team. We are a group of highly motivated swimmers with three levels of youth training , focused on skill development, teamwork, and a love for the sport. Position Overview: The Assistant Coach will support practices and swim meets while helping create a positive, encouraging environment for swimmers at all levels. Requirements: Prior swimming experience (competitive or instructional) Availability two nights per week for practices Availability to attend two swim meets per month Ability to complete USA Swimming Coaching Requirements in a timely manner Positive attitude and strong communication skills Enjoy working with kids and being part of a team Responsibilities: Assist with swim practices across all training levels Provide stroke instruction and technique feedback Support swimmers during swim meets Help maintain a safe and motivating environment Compensation: $15 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr USA SWIMMING
