Job Summary:
The healthcare organization is seeking a Certified Operating Room Technician for a full-time position in Fullerton, California. This role involves supporting surgical procedures in a busy OR environment, with a focus on orthopedic, neuro, spine robotics, general, gynecology, urology, vascular, cardiothoracic, and ENT cases. The position requires flexibility with scheduling and the ability to float to additional units as needed.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: 2 years of acute care surgical technician experience, BLS, CST, NBSTSA certifications preferred, and California state license in hand (if applicable)
• Preferred Qualifications: DaVinci Xi trained and total joint trained are highly desirable
• Float: Float rotation may be required to support staffing needs in adjacent units and surgery centers
• Additional Information: Must be open to working weekends and holiday shifts, including potential call shifts post shift, night, weekend, and holiday. Candidates should have ability to work in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary OR environment with diverse surgical cases.
