Inside a 38-degree production room, where gloves and hustle are standard issue, you’ll help transform incoming frozen foods into finished, high-quality trays, boxes, and containers ready for store shelves and kitchens. As a Repack Team Member , your job keeps America’s food system moving—and your freezer at home just might benefit, too. You’ll be working Monday through Thursday on one of two steady shifts, with potential overtime on Fridays. No weekend work. No dressy meetings. Just you, a solid crew, and the hum of production. Oh, and free frozen food after 30 days? That’s pretty cool.

This repack facility in Marne is part of a large-scale food distributor supplying grocers, restaurants, and food service buyers nationwide. Their focus: safe, consistent quality and zero weekend operations.

You’ll start your day unboxing product in a chilled clean room, weighing and repacking items by hand, then sending them down the line for labeling and shipping. You’ll rotate between equipment use and manual packing, follow food safety rules closely, and help keep your area clean and compliant.

What We Offer This Position

• $16–$17.50/hour depending on shift
• Weekly pay every Friday
• 1st shift: Mon–Thurs, 5:15am–4:00pm
• 2nd shift: Mon–Thurs, 3:45pm–2:30am
• Occasional Friday overtime, no weekends ever
• Free frozen food after 30 days of employment
• Temp-to-hire opportunity based on performance
• $100 for every friend you refer to us, plus an additional $25 bonus for your referral to WSI
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food production or warehousing preferred
• Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods
• Must be able to speak, write, and read basic English
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 100 lbs with assistance
• Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting for 10+ hours per shift
