We are currently hiring a Material Handler for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Sugar Land, TX. The Material Handler is responsible for moving, stocking, organizing, and tracking materials throughout the warehouse or facility to support smooth daily operations. This role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and a strong commitment to safety.

Responsibilities:

• Move and organize materials, parts, and products throughout the facility
• Load and unload delivery trucks and trailers
• Stock shelves, racks, and bins in designated areas
• Pick, pull, and prepare orders for shipment accurately
• Package materials properly for shipping and receiving
• Perform basic quality checks on incoming and outgoing materials
• Maintain accurate inventory records and material movement logs
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and update system records
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous material handling / warehouse experience preferred
• Experience using RF scanners and inventory systems is a plus
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment
• Ability to lift, move, and carry materials as needed
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must follow all safety policies and procedures
