They will help shape strategy around, preparation for, and execution of external and internal engagements. They will aid in the establishment of global routines, identify opportunities to optimize and automate processes, help in the day-to-day execution of meeting prep and follow-ups, and leverage technology to drive productivity and efficiency. As a member of a small, nimble team, they will help shape and grow the Executive Office’s remit and global responsibilities.“I am the person Capital Group is looking for.”You can create executive level updates and presentations/memos synthesizing information and developing insights. You will support the development of strategic roadmaps, success measures and monitor progress to plan.You have a desire to innovate and enhance experiences for leadership. You will collaborate with global internal cross-functional teams to create project timelines supporting the delivery of strategic initiatives.Skills/Qualifications:You have a BA or BS degree; MBA is a plus.You demonstrate strong communication skills – written and verbal – with a strength in synthesizing information and developing polished briefing memos, leadership correspondence with clients and more.
