Resumen del Puesto

El Busser desempeña un papel clave en la experiencia de los clientes al mantener limpias y organizadas las áreas de comedor y las bahías de golf, apoyar a los meseros y bartenders, y asegurar una rotación rápida de mesas y bahías durante los turnos de alto volumen. Este puesto requiere rapidez, atención al detalle y una actitud de trabajo en equipo en un ambiente dinámico y de alta energía.

Responsabilidades Principales

Limpiar, despejar y preparar las mesas y bahías de golf rápidamente después de que los clientes terminen
Limpiar mesas, sillas, barras y equipos/pantallas de las bahías entre rotaciones
Retirar platos, cristalería y basura de las mesas y bahías
Vaciar los botes de basura
Mantener un trato amable y profesional al interactuar con los clientes

Requisitos

Tener al menos 18 años de edad
Experiencia previa como busser, anfitrión(a) o en restaurantes es preferible, pero no requerida
Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente dinámico y de alta energía
Buenas habilidades de trabajo en equipo y comunicación
Capacidad para estar de pie, caminar, agacharse y levantar de 30 a 40 libras (14–18 kg) durante períodos prolongados
Disponibilidad flexible, incluyendo noches, fines de semana, días festivos y fechas de eventos importantes

Requisitos Físicos

Capacidad para estar de pie y caminar durante todo el turno (hasta 8 horas)
Agacharse, estirarse y levantar objetos con frecuencia
Comodidad trabajando cerca de equipos en movimiento y áreas de servicio de alimentos y bebidas
Comodidad trabajando en espacios de transición entre interiores y exteriores
