We're hiring a Creative Coordinator to manage our creative production workflow: briefing

projects, coordinating our freelance design team, tracking jobs through completion, and

making sure finished work is on-brand and on-spec before it goes out. They'll also handle

some hands-on design work directly when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain an ongoing bench of freelance talent across graphic design, video,

and other creative disciplines, both local and remote, so we always have the right

person available when work comes in

• Manage day-to-day creative production from brief to final delivery
• Write clear, complete creative briefs for display banners, digital ads, email designs, and

landing page assets

• Track every project to completion in Zoho Projects, keeping deadlines on schedule
• Quality-check finished assets for brand accuracy, correct specs, and overall polish

before delivery

• Own the monthly production calendar and recurring deliverables
• Execute light hands-on design work — resizes, quick edits, template updates — as

needed

• Keep brand and style references organized and current across client accounts
